In order to greet the age of big data, better facilitate the exchange of practical experience concerning big data, further promote its technological innovation and application as well as exhibit the latest scientific and technological results in the industry both at home and abroad, the Big Data Technology Conference 2014 (BDTC 2014) will be held in the Crowne Plaza Sun Palace Beijing from December 12 to 14, 2014. The conference is organized by the China Computer Federation (CCF), jointly hosted by the CCF Big Data Expert Committee and co-organized by Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Science and CSDN.

The Big Data Technology Conference (BDTC) is China’s largest and most influential technology conference, formerly known as Hadoop in China (Hic). It has evolved from a technology salon with only 60 participants in 2008 to a technology feast with thousands of attendants involved. As a professional exchange platform with the most practical value in the industry, BDTC, which has been successfully held seven times, has faithfully described the hotspot technology in the field of big data, deposited the practical experience of industry and witnessed the technology development and evolution of the entire big data ecosphere.
