张家兴博士，蚂蚁金服人工智能部技术总监，资深算法专家。探索对话机器人、智能客服、智能外呼、舆情分析等人工智能技术在金融领域的应用。北京大学博士毕业，曾任微软亚洲研究院研究员。在人工智能、深度学习、分布式系统等多个领域的顶级会议和期刊上发表十多篇论文。
