Shin-Ming Liu is Chief Architect and Co-Founder of , where he oversees the company’s core development of static code analysis tools for DevOps. He is uniquely qualified with decades of experience in developing and delivering innovative, leading edge HPC compilers and performance analysis tools, enabling high performance servers. Shin-Ming is one of a handful of computer scientists in the world who is proficient in compiler technologies with in-depth hands-on experience in computer language design like VHDL and advanced compiler optimization techniques. Over the course of his 30-year long career, he established an impressive track record in building and leading large R&D teams for system software organizations, delivering highly competitive products for an extensive customer base. This included his role as Director of HP's Java Compiler Technology Lab, responsible for the development of Compilers for HP Itanium Based Servers. Shin-Ming was granted over 10 patents in program analysis and optimization and has published over 10 papers in leading technical journals to date. Shin-Ming received his master’s degree in Computer Science from Utah State University.
